Credits policy

1. 1. What a credit is

   A Minute Solar credit is a promotional or prepaid unit that can be redeemed only against Minute Solar's own document services (currently: co-branding one generated document). Credits are not money, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or for goods or services from anyone other than Minute Solar, and are not transferable between accounts except where Minute Solar's tools provide for a company wallet shared by its members.

2. 2. No face value

   Credits carry no pound value. Credit packs have a price; a credit does not. Minute Solar does not state, and account balances do not imply, a GBP equivalent for any credit (ruled 01/09/2026).

3. 3. Earning credits

   Credits may be granted promotionally — for example a welcome grant on account creation, rewards for completed manufacturer enquiries, or referral rewards. Promotional values are set by Minute Solar, may change at any time, and are stated at the point of the offer. Earned and promotional credits expire 8 weeks after they are granted. The expiry is stated wherever such an offer is made.

4. 4. Purchased credits

   Credits bought in packs do not expire. Pack purchases are payments for future Minute Solar services (VAT is applied at purchase). Statutory cancellation and refund rights apply to purchases; a refunded purchase reverses the corresponding credits.

5. 5. Spending order

   Spends consume the earliest-expiring credits first, so promotional credits are used before purchased ones.

6. 6. Expiry and balances

   An expired credit is removed from the available balance and recorded as lapsed. Lapsing never removes purchased credits and never reverses a document already unlocked.

7. 7. Fair use and invalidation

   Credits obtained through self-referral, duplicate accounts, automated activity, or other abuse may be invalidated. Every adjustment is recorded with a reason and is visible to account administrators on request.

8. 8. Changes

   Minute Solar may change what credits can be redeemed for, action prices, and promotional values prospectively. A change never reduces an existing balance and never re-prices a document already unlocked.

9. 9. Prize draws

   Any prize draw is governed by its own published terms. Draw entries can never be purchased and are never increased by spending money on Minute Solar.

10. 10. Law

    These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
